7The third edition of Solum was made much like the previous edition, but this was matured for a year longer. The peat used here was harvested approx. 2 hours south of Seattle and was harvested in a sustainable manner to ensure the health of the bog for future harvests. Using 100% Skagit Valley Malting peated malted barley in the distillation process, it was then aged in a combination of new and used casks including refill Westland casks. Just 5,700 bottles are available globally with a launch in key markets beginning January 2025. (SRP $149.99/700ml)

6Double Double Oaked Bourbon was first released as a Distillery Series bottling in 2015. As of 2025, it is now making its national debut in limited quantities. After 5-7 years of maturation in the first barrel, the bourbon is then finished up to two additional years in a second heavily toasted, lightly charred new oak barrel. Available beginning January 2025 at select retailers and domestic military exchange stores as well as the distillery in Versailles. (SRP $199.99)

5Released to commemorate January 19, 2025 — the day that American single malt whiskey category was officially recognized by the federal government. Made from 100% malted barley, this special edition was first aged in new, charred American oak before finishing in casks which held bourbon and blonde ale for a total maturation of at least 12 years. Bottled at 120 proof (60% ABV), it will be available to purchase via the brand's website with delivery expected later in winter. (SRP $199.99)

4This annual limited edition release was made with a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malted barley and distilled to 189 proof at what today is known as Ross & Squibb Distillery in Indiana. It was aged for 17 years in second-fill oak and bottled at cask strength 138.8 proof (69.4% ABV). Available in select markets beginning February 2025. (SRP $99.99)

3First released in Old Forester's 117 Series in February 2022, Extra Old returns in a second batch in 2025. Old Forester 1910 Whisky is further aged in a secondary barrel for an additional 18 months. Bottled at 93 proof, it's packaged in a 375ml bottle. Available in limited quantities beginning January 22, 2025 at the distillery and select Kentucky retailers. 2Initially released in 2019, Balboa Rye is one of the first of what New Riff refers to as their "specialty whiskeys". It is made with Balboa rye, an heirloom grain which dates back to the 1940s. The mash bill consists of 95% Balboa rye with 5% malted barley. It is a bottled in bond expression matured a minimum of 4 years and bottled non chill-filtered at 100 proof. After expanding production, New Riff brought this whiskey back to the market in 2025. Relaunching January 31, 2025 at select retail markets and at the distillery. (SRP $54.99)
