    This WhistlePig release features a 10 year-old straight bourbon which receives secondary barrel aging in experimental barrels with two toasted heads. The "snout" end is a Vermont oak medium toast while the "tail" end is a Vermont oak smoked maple wood toast. It's bottled at 88 proof — a nod to the 880 miles between the WhistlePig Vermont Farm and Louisville, Kentucky where the WhistlePig PiggyBank brand outpost is opening in spring 2025. Available nationwide beginning January 29, 2025. (SRP $89.99)

    This limited edition release from Michter's Legacy Series Bomberger's Declaration is made by finishing the Kentucky straight bourbon in PFG barrels —Precision Fine Grain. These proprietary barrels were made with a blend of wood from various origins including the Tronçais, Allier, Nevers, Vosges forests that were seasoned for 40 months. Then they were toasted and charred to Michter's specifications. Bottled at 50.1% ABV, this 2025 release was launched in late January 2025. (SRP $140)

    This release from Barrell Craft Spirits is an extension of their core Foundation bottling — a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from multiple states — with a secondary maturation in new American oak casks. Bourbons from Indiana (5, 6 & 9 years-old), Maryland (5 & 6 years-old), Kentucky (8 year-old), and Tennessee (8 year-old) were blended. Bottled at 100 proof, it's available beginning January 2025.     Penelope Wheated Bourbon is the fifth expression added to Penelope's Core Series which also includes Architect, Barrel Strength, Four Grain, and Toasted. The wheated mash bill consists of 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley. Bottled at 95 proof, it's available nationwide beginning February 2025. (SRP $39.99)

    This bottling features small batches of 4 year-old ryed straight Kentucky straight bourbon which is then finished for over 6 months in former Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It's bottled at 112 proof (56% ABV). Following a distillery exclusive launch in October 2024, it is available nationwide beginning February 2025. (SRP $59.99)

    Knob Creek has partnered with football legend and New Orleans native Eli Manning to introduce Eli Manning's 2025 Bold Pick, a single barrel select bourbon. Aged for 9 years in new, charred American oak, it's bottled at 120 proof. Available for a limited time in three select markets as of late January 2025: the New York Metro area, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. (SRP $59.99)

    First bottled in 1870, Herradura Blanco launches in the US in January 2025. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, it's slowly baked in clay ovens. This release joins the brand's portfolio of tequilas including Herradura Silver which spends 45 days in oak. However, Herradura Blanco is unaged and is bottled at 46% ABV — higher than the rest of the portfolio. Available in select US markets. (SRP $44.99)
