Batch 069 N: Brown sugar, honey, chocolate, dark cherries, graham cracker, little ethanol on back end P: Toasted brown sugar, malt, little earthy funk, cinnamon F: medium-long and full mouth - super pleasant and well balanced between sweet profile and wood/nut astringency coming through at end

Nose: Toffee, hints of cherry, spice and a kick of ethanol Palate: cherry, spice then heat builds which kicks in the oak Finish: mouth coating and long, turns bitter though with lots of oak coming through

Mouthfeel is on the thin side. Finish is medium short. A solid bourbon - not bad, not great. Would drink if available but too many other interesting things out there at same price range to buy another bottle.

With 1/2 teaspoon of water. Nose: oak, banana laffy taffy, vanilla, slight spice on the very back Palate: vanilla, oak, spice builds a bit while chewing, hints of cinnamon at the end Finish: pretty long and mouth coating, oak dryness really comes through, turns a bit astringent at tail end.

Soft and easy drinking. Light vanilla and caramel on the nose. Taste follows nose but with a little spice. Medium finish but quickly turned astringent in lingering flavor.
