Note: Good classic wheated bourbon. Good neat, iced or with cocktails. Nose: Hint of citrus and caramel; Sweet corn. faint aroma. Taste: Very smooth, creamy and light. Sweet. Hints of vanilla, brown sugar and citrus. Mild burn. Not very complex. How: Neat or light ice.

Note: Good example of classic straight bourbon. Higher proof gives a kick.. Nose: Vanilla, oak, spices and citrus. Taste: Smooth with some spice. Average bourbon taste with cherry, caramel and vanilla. Warm with easy finish. Water: Blooms with a hint of water. How: Higher proof. Dash of water or single ice cube
