Candy! 🧠 Amazing finish please don’t forget to go in three or four times on this one before you actually give it the light of day. A bourbon this complex requires a couple of tastings! 🏅 if you can find this bottle at about 100 bucks or less don’t even think about it. The ECBP is a bottle that’s pretty similar and easier to find. That being said Colonel EH Taylor BP it’s still amazing. Please don’t over pay.

👀 old gold! 🤥 A little spicy, spearmint, floral black pepper, Citrus lemon Cracker Jack!?!? 👅 Sweet silky starchy funk! Tangy sweet peanut flavor??? Astringent? Cant say I have ever had anything like it but I love it! 🧠Really a mind fuck! Nice long finish. Would pay $125 all day. 🏅Lessons are definitely honored in this one. The finish is the main course here. What’s unique here is the creamy silky fruit mouthfeel!

👀 light gold 🤥brown cinnamon sugar, 🍊 orange peel. 👅pepper cinnamon bomb! A couple swirls and a chew gets you a sweet citrus coating. Nice silky coating! 🧠 It finished nice... not too long but not too short 😐. Leaves a sort of dry mouth feel like the one you get after eating a mouthful of almonds. 🏅This is Batch 1 and I really like it. For $50 (what I paid for it) it’s something I can really enjoy on a cold evening right before hitting the higher proofers. I am really excited to see this place age and find the sweet spot in the Rick house. For a 2-3 year product... I am impressed

👀 pale gold 🤥 citrus, vanilla cream, ginger spice, gingerbread cookies! 👅 Nice baking spice, Oaky, cinnamon bread, I love this!! I love the way blended together 🧠 typical MGP high rye spice sweet it lingers for about a medium finish. Very easy sipper. 🏅 this is sweet spicy sugary and has has a finish I really enjoy this is a must grab for $50.

👀 chestnut 🤥 pine trees, nice soft spice, Herbal, Malts, honeydew melon, great smooth scent! 👅 cherry coke!!, sweet then spicy! nice Ferrero Rocher finish. 🧠amazing finish nice thick mouth feel! You can really see the effects of a longer cold fermentation on this one. The rye really comes alive. 🏅Probably one of my favorite ryes this year. If you want to taste great rye you have to buy this one. Their use of malt makes this whiskey unique and a stock it for me.

👀 Amber 🤥 Fresh Cut Grass, Lemongrass Tea, Fresh cooked rice. 👅Tart Dried Cherry, Black pepper, French Vanilla ice cream, Reeses CINNABOMB Peanut butter cup. :) 🧠Goes on for days!!! Using rice as a grain really gives this a distinct finish. The Mild dryness and spice finally really has you going back for more. 🏅 This has to be by far my favorite products released by Beam. I love the nose and Finish. If you find this Buy it…. seriously sell your house and kids and buy it!!!

👀 Deep copper 🤥You really get the oak on this one, cinnamon apple, syrup, vanilla, great start to the sip 👅First thing to hit you is sweet vanilla, Topped with brown sugar and nice baking spices.Taste like butter pecan ice cream with extra butter. 🧠Sweet, sweet, and more sweet. Finish is long And dry. It lingers for the right amount of time before you grab a glass and take another sip. 🏅I really like this wood finishing series and I have to say this is my favorite makers Mark so far. At 110.8 proof it’s just a right amount of alcohol to help you experience Flavors in the whiskey. I’m a little disappointed that Stephanie only read this and 88. This is a stock it for me and at $60 it’s a steal for what’s in the bottle.

👀 amber 🤥 caramel, toasted oak, cinnamon rolls 👅Cinnamon is really coming through, vanilla pudding, crème brûlée, 🧠 has a medium body, but very intense flavors with wood standing up, it has that burnt brown sugar on top of the crème brûlée. Overall those 10 French oak Staves really make a difference. 🏅 at a price point of $35 which is what I could find it for I would rather buy this then a bunch of other Bourbons at this price point. It offers great flavor, nice finish, and it really portrays the signature makers Mark profile.

👀 Old gold 🤥 Cherry Coke, cinnamon sticks, damp soil must, popcorn. 👅Toasted pecans, dates, butter scotch, vanilla ice cream, graham crackers. 🧠Has a medium to full body mouth coat feel, medium to long finish you really see the Wheat pull through the front and the spice on the back. At the very end you see that earthy damp soil come through again. 🏅 Here you really see the wheat Mashbill come through. To me the cask strength taste the sweetest with a lot more vanilla and butter scotch notes coming through. I like the nose better on the 101 but I love the finish on this one.
