Interesting. Non sweet chocolate overpowering the other notes

Very nice. Lime is very prominent. Very thin mouthfeel though. Jalapeño in the finish.

Actually pretty nice for a pechuga. Some decejt viscosity from the honey, beautiful sweet notes from it as well with jalapeño. Like a hot honey with agave sweetness and copper coin as well.

Not my thing. The strawberry vanilla notes are fairly strong like shortcake but there’s also a jalapeno note. Not very rich in mouthfeel

1st impression very nice fruits, absolutely beautiful on the nose but much fainter in the palette. Rich viscosity for a Pechuga but lacks complexity as is typical with the triple distillation attendant in Pechuga

1st impression. The tropical fruits are present on nose and palette almost like botanicals in a neutral, dry, thin viscosity spirit due to the triple distillation. I think Pechuga isn’t my thing

Cf to Tobala Apple expression from the Spring ‘22 mini subscription, this is better. Distinctive primary apple note on the nose and apple and apple skin initially on palette. Gives way to mole sauce, metal and agave in the finish. Somewhat dry. Is that due to triple distillation?

Anise licorice. Blah. Not a fan of the turkey pechuga category

Strange. Anise is fairly strong. Not a fan. But quite viscous. Actually more black licorice than anise and chili in the finish.
