Lots of wood in the aroma. Floral, woody, and vanilla in the flavor. Nice mouthfeel, but with some significant burn.

Barreled in 2010. Medium amber in color, rye and toasted vanilla in the aroma. Flavor is a touch medicinal, with toasted oak, and cinnamon. A bit chewy.

This is a crime against humanity. Terrible plain, ruined my coffee, and by the time you mix enough ginger ale to make it tolerable you might as well have just had a ginger ale by itself. It tastes like sugar and chemicals, with cinnamon for added "burn". Wouldn't recommend.

Dark brown in color, like strong brewed iced tea. Aroma is oak, vanilla, and creme brulee. Flavor is heavy on the oak, but not so much that it detracts. Notes of brown sugar and vanilla, and the finish had a long coffee and toffee aftertaste.

Pale honey in color, with shortbread aroma and hints of salt and smoke. Flavor is very scotch like, but just faintly different. Something in the wood flavor I think. Slightly tannic, somewhat salty, and Woody with a nice buttery short bread flavor.

Aroma of vanilla, and toasted coconut. Flavor is oaky, with vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon. Long lingering burn from the alcohol with a hint of burnt sugar.

Complex aroma with notes of berries and rye. Taste has rye, peppercorn, and perhaps sherry. And interesting, but young whiskey. Isn't nearly as rough as some younger whiskeys, but it could use a few more years in the barrel.
