The peated smell, a taste that comes from the ground, is very intense, giving a sense of austerity. It also brings some senses of familiar and closeness. Then ruffled on the nose is a little bit smell of gasoline and menthol. Finish with the smoky faintness, plus the salty taste of sweat. Smell of herbal and vanilla aroma when exhalating.

A feeling of cooling from menthol overwhelmed my nose at the first taste. Feel like my throat is clear to welcome more aromatic flavours. A bit sour and tart from plum, and immersed in the fragrance of vanilla and floral, feeling like a sublimation of love.

Select Cask - an elegant single malt The taste is what it is. Slightly sour and rather tart at first due to the soleva vat technique. Then the floral scent will melt gently in the palate. Finish is the combination of a dry taste left in the tongue and sweet aroma and honey that spread on two sides of the mouth. It brings the feeling of pleasure and lightheadedness. The feeling rather like a begining of a love affair, full of sweetness and poetic.
