Overall a very good sipper. They have a great standard bourbon and the low proof allows it to be a label good to. Nose - brown sugar, honey Palate - Vanilla, light coating, oatmeal Finish - caramel

Lacked depth and flavors disappeared quickly but the flavor profile was very nice when it was there. Nose - Syrup, cinnamon, honey Palate - syrup coating, vanilla, honey Finish - sugar cookie

Nose - candied walnut, banana bread, Palate - rye bread, candied fruits Finish - peppery

One of my more enjoyable late night sipping bourbon. Sweet and delightful On the nose: 5mins breathe time - Maple syrup, marshmallow, oak/woodsy, vanilla 15mins breathe time - molasses cookie, Carmel Apple, banana bread Palate - light coat, apple, oak, sweet, vanilla, maple syrup, touch of bitterness Finish - oak, little spice, caramel.
