Reviewed December 25, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Touch of mint on the nose. Spicey & oak flavor with a touch of mint. Oak finish with a touch of sweetness. Barrel: 7717289 I think, the writing is hard to read. According to the tag this rye is made from American rye. Aged in new American white oak which is fire charred. Then mellowed by filtration. -

Bernheim 7 Year Original Wheat Whiskey

Reviewed November 29, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Mild vanilla nose. Mild honey & oats flavor. Sweet oats finish that lingers. Distilled in new charred oak barrels, distilled at less than 160 proof with no coloring, flavoring or blending agents. Mashbill: 51% red winter wheat, 37% corn & 12% malted barley.
