This bottling has quite a bit of peat so for me, it's not my style.

I’m not a big fan of Irish whiskies, but this was pretty good. The rum finish helps smooth out the rough edges of the whiskey. I felt the same way about the original Glenmorangie 10, not the biggest fan of their standard bottling, but when trying their cask finished bottlings they really helped with the overall flavor.

This is probably the worst Japanese whisky I have tried. Extremely bland with very little flavor beyond straight malt alcohol taste. Luckily it was on my brother’s bar and had to pay nothing to try it.

Bananas and butterscotch on the nose and relatively soft on the palate. This pretty tasty considering it’s a 100% corn whisky

This is a fun rye that is quite a bit different from your typical Kentucky rye, this one has 65% rye in the mash bill that gives it some extra spice! Vanilla and cherry mix together on the palate and a medium fry finish to end it. For the price this is a good deal and you don’t have to feel guilty if you use it in a cocktail or drink it straight. I cant say much about about this one, Nothing out of the ordinary that jumped out to me. The mouth feel is somewhat thin and a relatively low proof. I would say it's just slightly above average.

This batch has more of that peanut taste that everyone talks about when describing Bookers. Overall, this batch falls in line with a lot of other batches in quality and taste.
