    Clean, a hint of creamy sweetness followed by grain and a some pure alcohol bite. Same flavour but not quite as smooth as Grey Goose. $28 in Ontario.

    Light/clean with a slight creamy texture and slight floral note. Slightly smoother than Grey Goose and it’s got more character. $60 in Ontario. Distiller fails to mention that along with artist John Alexander the brand was founded by Dan Aykroyd.

    Sweet browned caramelized oak. It tastes exactly like what it is, an older Buffalo Trace. It’s gained some much needed body. For the price point I’d say it’s a solid offering, a little better quality than Elijah Craig Small Batch (but with much less oak), on par with the quality but less depth and character than Four Roses Single Barrel. $52 in Ontario.

    Rob’s Distiller notes are perfect. Quite dry with light caramel, a hint of leather and a good deal of rye flavour. It’s not overly spicy, in fact it’s pretty bland. Not one I’ll be revisiting. $54 in Ontario.
