Nose: Stewed Cherries, Vanilla, Brown Sugar, a sweetness followed by a heavy spice undertone. Palate: First sip feels oily and has a full mouth feel. The vanilla and brown sugar come through. It fades to a cherry flavor on the back of the tongue. Continued sips reveals a dryness and slight bitterness. Oaky. Earthy with tobacco and leather. Finish: Medium finish. Very dry. Splash of water: Nose tends to be more mellow adding a floral essence. Palate still has a dryness with a slight cherry and vanilla flavor.

Reviewed February 20, 2021 (edited September 8, 2021)Nose: Red Raspberry, Raisin, cinnamon, toffee, plum. Palate: Fresh berries, toffee, raisin, initial fruit fades to coffee and dark chocolate. Finish: Short but smooth. Slight dark chocolate bitterness. Wine dryness with port influence on the finish. -
Nose: Citrus, ripe pineapple, sweet bread grain, hint of vanilla. Palate: juicy citrus (mainly orange) up front followed by pastry bread, hint of baked pineapple, touch of cinnamon, vanilla starts to come through as it settles on the back of your tongue. Finish: Dry with stronger vanilla. Faint oak and grain.

Nose: Peach, cinnamon, vanilla, slight oak. Palate: Very spicy up front. Cinnamon spice, all spice, heat fades to a peach cobbler flavor with canned peaches, cinnamon, and slight butter. Finish: Oak and vanilla come out slightly. Finish is long with slight rye bitterness and a dry orange peel essence.

Reviewed February 2, 2021Nose: Strawberry Jam, vanilla, spice, oak. Taste: Sweet and fruity up front. Spice heat comes out surrounding tongue. Cinnamon clove. Fruit tastes like strawberry candy. Finish: Long, spicy, and bitter. Finish fades dry.
