Our local liquor store started doing what they call “Whiskey Days” where they feature a variety of different whiskeys. During one of these whiskey days i discovered Willet and their enchanting bottle design. When i got it back to my house i was delighted to discover the rich, smooth bourbon inside. The bourbon lacks the heavy burn of some of its cousins. The bourbon has notes of vanilla and carmel with sudden flavors of furit and apple wafting over as well. This has become the bourbon i give as a gift to my friends and will continue to hold in a high regard!

This bottle of scotch whisky is one of my all time favorites. The whisky has a strong peaty aroma that finishes with a heavy smoke finish which is one of the things i love about it. The scotch goes down so smooth with some earthy tones that wash across your pallet. I always save a little money to buy another bottle when itd available at my local liquor store!
