Whiskey time. Big on Untappd, just getting started with whiskey ratings. Thought I’d begin with a personal early pleasure. We’ll see where the tastes go from here. N- vanilla bean, sweet T- caramel, cocoa F- sweet, no burn through throat. Slight cinnamon. Slight burn in mouth is enjoyable and inviting, wishfully wanting just one more sip. Overall- very good sippin whiskey. Enjoyable, easily drinkable. Would keep shelf stocked with this as the nightly drinker if I could find easily for MSRP. Instead it’s a rare sight. Enjoyed more than Eagle Rare on first blind sip of each. Becomes sweeter with a whiskey ice cube.
