It's been a while since I tasted it, but I remeber enjoying every dram. A lovely sweeter expression of the peaty and medicinal standard Caol Ila.

A classic for a reason. Balance peat, smoke and medicinal flavors. My only problem is that it keeps getting more expensive every year.

I'm biased as it's our own product, but if you like new makes or other un-aged distillates this will be something you'll most likely enjoy very much

I want to start off by saying that I love Wild Turkey Bourbons, but to be honest the Rye is just too flat. In my opinion it's not bold enough even as is and definitely is too thin for cocktails.

A lovely mezcal. Delicate taste that gets lost in cocktails and is best enjoyed as is.

I'd recognize this by the all-spice aroma anywhere. A good rye, with it's own kind of spicyness that I haven't tasted in many others.
