Tastes

Excellent malty scotch smell, flavors are magnificent. Glenfiddich with the richness dialed up, the flavors are the fruit and barley of scotch but they just pop way more than I expected. Perfect body, well balanced, could sip on this forever. Great if you're looking for something lighter than an islay but don't want to sacrifice the intensity.

Fascinating sweet spicy aroma, deep molasses with something else in it I can't place. Flavor doesn't match though, it's l wheat spice to the point where it tastes like a rye. Thin, very little body. Not bad, not super enjoyable.

Light spice and oak aroma, pretty faint. Flavor is sweet on top of alcohol burn. Not a great sweet either, like a simple syrup or corn syrup sugar with heavy ethanol underneath. A touch rich which helps but honestly not great.

Nice light blend of flavors, vanilla sweetness with apple and grape, balanced with some oak and richness. It's balanced, but kinda muted. An excellent bourbon if you lean towards fruit rather than caramel and spice. Enjoyable and drinkable, but also kinda forgettable.

Spicy and fiery, not my favorite bourbon but an incredible value. This is my carafe bourbon at home and my go to for all cocktails. Probably have consumed more of this than any other whiskey around.

Musty floral aroma. Medicinal and iodine, interesting bitter bite to it. Herbal and unique. Flavors are a little off, but points for originality.

Wood and spice dominate the aroma and flavor, excellently blended and complex. I absolutely love the lingering spice. Medium body, but still carries the flavors well.

Wood forward flavor, almost bitter rather than spicy. Deep and complex, don't know how to describe the astringency. Very enjoyable, if a little one note.

Smells like maple syrup and molasses, really strongly. Doesn't taste quite as strongly though, more sweet vanilla and light wood. Same hint of banana I always seem to get from mizunara casks, but delicious and creamy all the same.

Beautiful light peaty smell, floral and sweet. Flavor is a lighter sweeter peat that's really well balanced. Rich, well blended. Wonderful.
