    Sweet aromas of cherry and bright citrus. Pineapple. Candy corn and purple cotton candy. Oak and vanilla present as well. Alcohol is evident. First sip is all alcohol. Then oaky vanilla. More burn for the longish finish. Then cherry lip balm on the aftertaste.

    Aromas are dark cherry and leather. But the cherry smells a little closer to cherry wax than cherry fruit. Pineapple in there. Flavors lost the fruit at first. Leather persists. Wood and vanilla are hinted at. Then the fruit comes back on the finish before the alcohol burns. The aftertaste is a little bit of that wax and plastic.

    Wine on the nose. But the flavor falls off. A little bit vinegar-y. Sour grapes and a little vegetal.

    I saw this at the bar and got very excited. I’d only seen the regular gin up until now. Thought that’s what I was getting until she pulled it down off the shelf. Wait. Is that the barrel aged one? Nice! And it was nice. All the gin flavors were present. Juniper. Floral. Lemon. Citrus. But then vanilla and wood as well. All present on the aroma and the flavor.

    This was really good. Lots of fruity and floral aromas. Flavors were right in line. Sweet. Tart. Floral. Juniper. And a heat that fit right into the finish.

    Aromas are very sweet pineapple. Like pineapple sherbet or pineapple slushee. Flavors hit more sugar and less pineapple. The titular fruit is still present but raw sugarcube is much more prevalent. Alcohol flavor is present but zero burn. Showing it’s low ABV. Not wonderful. But might put some fun flavor into a cocktail.

    It’s sweeter than Malibu. Both in aroma and flavor. At least that gives it more of a pina colada aroma and less of a sunscreen aroma. I could drink it. But not sure why.

    Aromas of sugar and vanilla. Alcohol is evident. Flavors fall off and are mostly just alcohol. Although there is a hint of sweetness before the burn hits.

    Aromas of cooked veggies and alcohol. Touches of brown sugar. Grass and a little honey. Flavors are not quite as nice. Alcohol is strong and there’s a plastic aftertaste.
