Aromas of candied peanuts. Peanut brittle. Honey. Ethanol. Hard Butterscotch candy. Flavors are sweet up front. The peanut is gone but sugar and butterscotch remain. Honey lingers then faint peanut on the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is thick. It’s syrupy probably due to the amount of sugar in it. Some heat that fades quickly into a that plastic peanut finish.

Aromas of canned peaches. And peach jelly bellies. Only a hint of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet as expected from the aroma. But it’s got some spice in with the peach too. Allspice. Cinnamon. Maybe some honey. Still sweet but not syrupy like the canned peach motif had me thinking. Mouthfeel thinner than expected. Alcohol is difficult to detect until far into the aftertaste.

Mr. Stacks Blue Curacao
Triple Sec/Curaçao — Minnesota , USA
Reviewed May 12, 2022 (edited August 6, 2022)I’m afraid my teeth are going to turn blue. This electric blue color can’t be natural. Aromas are right. Orange and some vanilla. A little alcohol. While mouthfeel is thick the flavor is watery. It’s mostly just sugar flavored. There’s a touch of orange in there but it’s really be lost to the tooth-decaying sweetness. Mix it maybe. But def don’t add sugar. -
Knight Gabriello Amaro Di Toscana
Herbal/Spice Liqueurs — Italy
Reviewed May 10, 2022 (edited May 18, 2022)Aromas are a little medicinal. Heavy spice. Clove. Sweet potato. Cinnamon. Anise. Flavors are almost the same with a bigger hit on the sweet notes. It’s still spicy. With a anise finish that’s slightly warm. But candied raisins come thought too. -
Aromas are butter scotch candy and some alcohol is evident. Burnt caramel too. The flavors are much more intense. The candy flavor hits hard up front with a tang that is surprising. It’s obvious that it’s butterscotch but it’s so hot that it’s difficult to get through the to the underlying flavors. Sweet and burning alcohol heat. Hard to drink straight. A little ice is very helpful.
