Tastes

Nose • Oaky vanilla, nuts, rye and green apple, heat, brown sugar, browned butter. Almost a roasted nuts and burnt sugary caramel mix. Quite complex and quite good. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Taste • Starts fruity and nutty, then becomes spicy and peppery. The spiciness blends with some vanilla, oak, rye spice, and a little astringency and dryness • The finish is long and quite peppery and a bit astringent - not my favorite. There is some sweetness though.
