Tastes

On the nose you get sweetness and some earthiness from the 84% corn mash bill. The palate is smooth and sweet with vanilla and a gentle toffee note. Finish is medium. Good bourbon, but not worth the price.

Not bad for an old fashioned, the high rye really stands out on the nose and it's quite spicy. But there are much cheaper options to accomplish the same end goal.

On the nose it's ethanol and fruitiness. On the palate it's sweet with a good bit of orange peel and spice. Finish is medium with a hint of vanilla.

On the nose you get cinnamon spice and caramel. On the first sip you get a remarkably smooth and oily cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel combo that lingers beautifully. At the end of that long finish you'll want to repeat that last sip and orgasm all over again.

The nose hits you with a bit of ethanol and sweetness. On the palate you get some immediate spice, but then an enormous amount of smooth vanilla and orange peel, which fades into gentle barrel spice for a nice finish. At $25 a liter, this bourbon is a bargain.

Lots of spice, but that's to be expected with the higher proof. As the ice melts I'm getting a ton of vanilla and barrel spice. The finish is fairly long and peppery. This would be a great pour for a cold night.

Floral and sweet on the nose, the first sip is rich and a little spicy, as it finishes vanilla and caramel stand out as the spiciness lingers. Really nice pour.

Lots of interesting flavors. Initially a little cinnamon spice that gives way to a warm sweetness. The finish medium long with a slight ethanol burn.

Very rich cherry vanilla to start. The viscosity is thick and smooth. As the cherry and vanilla fade they give way to a subtle ethanol burn that leaves you wanting to take another drink of that smooth cherry vanilla. This bourbon is delicious.
