    Noob alert: Might be too much alcohol for my naive palette. Strong bite. Finish is smooth and will linger for a minute before gently whispering away. It ends clean, leaving you looking forward to the next sip.

    Really enjoyed this bourbon. Has a very brief spicy note on the head. Which is great. Then immediately followed by a sweetness that carries through and lingers a bit. Not a very warm bourbon.
