No chance of burn, which is good, but no major "boom!" moments either. Essentially, very easy drinking but maybe not very memorable.

Black bush has its own category in my whiskey world, there's just something different about it, even though it retains that bushmills smooth-ness.

So smooth it's become a mission of mine to try and make it burn. I haven't succeeded.

A surprisingly good collision between traditional irish and scottish methods. Best of both worlds.
