Tastes

Your first initial smell is strong and spicy. First sip comes with hints of caramel and vanilla, and like the nose very spicy. Let it breathe for a moment and you can find hints of a fine cigar on the nose. The taste smooth on the tongue but still spicy and on the back end I almost get a taste of a cigar with a mix of dark chocolate and cherries. Great bite for a lower proof bourbon and tremendous flavor.

Very sweet smell, definite hints of vanilla, and almost smells like candy. Very smooth and sweet taste again we taste vanilla. One day Ill learn to hopefully notice something else besides “vanilla this or that”.

Sweet oak, caramel scent. Definitely a strong rye bourbon. Cinnamon after taste for sure. Little bit of a bit but very smooth.

Cherry is very distinct in the initial smell. Fades as you continue to drink it. The rye definitely takes over the sip. The cherry scent helps to dim the bite from the rye. Great bourbon for the price.
