Tastes

I realise, as I drink this, that tequila isn't my favourite spirit. That being said, I want to be objective. This seems to taste fair light and smooth to me. I taste a lot of black pepper, and of course the taste of the agave, which to me comes off like boiled cabbage. Its a good tequila, kinda wish I liked it more!

Has this recently along a few others. It's pretty smooth from what I could tell by comparison. Less intense, somewhat less smoky - though still smoky. In general, easy to sip compared to the others.
