Smells like tequila, first third of the taste is tequila and moves to cinnamon, then finishes weird. This tastes like a debacle in distilling and should never be served or considered a whiskey scotch or any actual drink.

Very flowery, near no pine, my tonic may have skewed the taste, some slight fruity punch notes. Need to try on rocks only or a basic tonic.

Outstanding!! Delicisous gin, good with tonic and a slice of cucumber. Typical pine taste is minimal but the soft olive rosemary flavors of the gin are excellent n balanced. Very fresh

Good, lite on the traditional pine tree gun taste. Had it in a lemony drink reminded me of a filet o fish but the gin part was good.
