Aged Rum — MexicoReviewed October 3, 2021Caramel is strong on the nose with notes of banana, maple syrup, and toasted oak. Thin, sort of earthy taste of caramel and wood. My mini bottle says añejo, but not 20 years. It certainly seems much younger than that.
Distilled Gin — FranceReviewed October 1, 2021Great bottle. Not that that counts, but it’s definitely a nice aesthetically pleasing addition to the collection. As for the contents, there are flowers, orange zest, juniper, white pepper, mint and lemons. Lots of citrus peel, lime and juniper up front in the taste with flavors of pepper and mixed herbs following. Interesting flavor profile for sure, finishing with citrus flesh and peel, lemongrass and grass.
Coffee Liqueurs — MexicoReviewed October 1, 2021Strong roasted coffee aroma with notes of chocolate, vanilla and leather; really no hint of the sweetness to come. The taste is sweet and roasted coffee, vanilla and chocolate.

Glen Ness 12 Year Highland Single Malt
Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandReviewed October 1, 2021Rather faint nose of bread, oak, and hints of mint, citrus peel, and vanilla. Very little flavor; kind of bready with some vanilla and honey. Not off-putting but certainly not good. I’m glad I just bought the 50ml.
