    On the nose, mint and other herbs, cola, earth, cinnamon, grape must and flowers. The flavors are the same, but very sweet, with mild herbal, spicy and floral elements; a little cloying, but great with zero sugar ginger ale.

    Nose of earth, smoke, herbs, agave, livestock, fresh concrete and sweet candied fruit. Very earthy taste with leather, agave, minerals, black pepper, char and smoke.

    Nose of mesquite smoke, oak, grape jelly, barbecue sauce, maple syrup, cinnamon, sour cherry and cranberry, plum, vanilla and brown sugar. Smoky sweet taste; wood, vanilla, char, mesquite smoke, cherry, syrup and caramel. Unique and interesting, but in small doses; it’s a bit too sweet and jammy.

    Hot nose; corn, tobacco, cinnamon, oak, a touch of vanilla, and green apple. Tastes of cinnamon, oak, caramel, and black pepper. Overpriced. Muddy.

    Peat dominates the nose, but there's a lot more; ocean air, smoke, vanilla, honey, earth, wood, grain, pencil eraser and mint. Sweet and smoky on the palate, with peat, char, vanilla, sugar, oak, tropical fruit, citrus and caramel. Very nice.

    Very fresh and green, muy joven. On the nose I get peppermint and other herbs, earth, fennel, celery, pine, petrichor (yes, I got help from the website for this) and agave with a soft backing of warm toffee and subtle smoked meat. On the palate, peppery (black), piney, minty and herbal with hints of charred wood and citrus peel and just a touch of sweetness. Unique. Very complex with almost no smoke. Well done.

    Lots of good stuff here. Nose: pear, orange, honey, oak, sherry, citrus peel, vanilla, cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, apple and fruitcake. Palate: rich; chocolate cake, sherry cask, vanilla, white pepper, dry oak, caramel and cherry.
