Tastes

Very heavy juniper on the nose. Tastes sweet, like an almost like an Old Tom. Very thick mouthfeel, syrupy even at room temperature. One of my favorite gins to drink straight, or with tonic, but too sweet for cocktails.

Subtly sweet, with subtle green tea notes. Like a London dry without the bitterness
