Typical Irish whisky light spirit maybe some bitter chocolate on the finish which is short and dry and quite bitter . That’s stout for u.

Nose is fruity, sweet pears and apples Palate is sweet light and apples Finish is short and drying. Some wood

Nose is quite feinty with a hint of chocolate Palate is spicy, very light spirit with not much going on Finish is wood and spice Very underwhelming. I prefer the American oak they do

Nose is apple pie vanilla and maple syrup, sweet delight. Palate is spicey dark fruits and maybe some bitter chocolate Finish is short with plenty spice.

Nose is vanilla and custard and floral notes Palate is mainly wood and spice Finish is short and more wood Average dram

Nose is caramel popcorn and vanilla Palate is light and sweet with sweet caramel Finish is short and a little bit of spice at the end It’s a great single grain. Probably my favourite to date. But it does lack depth but makes for an easy go to whisky instead of say a bourbon

Nose is caramel pears vanilla and light smoke, cured meats Palate is gingery peppery and a strong kick the abv takes no prisoners. Rich sherry Finish is medium and leathery with prolonged smoke The new version of this Batch 1 is superb and That’s probably effecting my rating here a little.

Nose is sweet toffee and caramelised bananas Palate is sweet with a more toffee and perhaps honey Finish is medium sweet and light fresh oak
