Tastes

Caramel, vanilla, chocolate fudge, buttery corn, with an oak & slight pepper finish. I really enjoy the Dickel 12. Some people say Dickel 12 has a mineral flavor like Flintstone vitamins. I do not detect any hint of flintstone vitamins in the Dickel 12. One of my favorite Tennessee whisky's. Dickel is far superior to Jack Daniels. The Dickel 12 has way more flavor than JD. And I don't get that chemical taste from Dickel that I get on the JD. For the price I prefer this is a daily budget sipping whisky. The chill & charcoal filtering helps to give this whisky a smoothness without taking away too much of the flavor. No water needed, no ice cubes needed enjoy the Dickel 12 neat. I really enjoy the oaky finish.
