Nose has very inviting notes of caramel and a touch of vanilla. Taste has just the amount of spice I like with very balanced oak finish. Solid for the price.

Batch 15-03. 111.4 proof. Once you get past the heat the great flavors pour through. Caramel and sweet vanilla up front with nice strong oak to finish. Very nice. 4.25
