Tastes

Weak on the nose with notes of nothing much. Smooth on the palate with notes of close to nothing!

On the nares heavy corn, but sweet corn. Notes of nuts and wood. Very similar to balcones texas whiskey

Peaty and smooth but not very complex

On the nares I get vanilla, nuts, caramel, oak, dark fruit, cocoa. On the palate it’s smooth and nutty with notes of oak, dark cherries, nutmeg. Delicious.

I was gifted this bottle from sweet Prentiss & Meg after becoming double board certified! Exciting since I haven’t had much from India!Tried neat. On the nares it’s almost tart with notes of malt, apple, cherry, chalk, sherry, honey. On the palate I get notes of leather, wood, grain, and slight peaty. It’s somewhat earthy. Slightly bitter finish.

Finally cracking this bottle to celebrate a huge accomplishment! Tried neat. On the nares I get apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple. On the palate it’s very smooth and herbal with notes of vanilla, pecan, cinnamon, pitted fruits, slight charred oak with a nice finish of pride & success to finish this lovely pour. @Looneyhead
