Disclamier: bourbon drinker Nose of sweet maderia, cereal Palette: sweet upfront, the cask finish adds some dimension, not a typical irish whisky palette, very smooth. Finish has the sherry fruit notes. Very good.

Smoky peanuts in the nose. Taste like it smells. Smoked peanut wrapped in peppercorns finished with sweet smoke. Long finish with a good tongue coat.

Very peanut flavored. Short finish. But smooth and sweet

Interesting flavor, very drinkable, cotton candy, short finish.

Nose: caramel and butterscotch nose Palette: so well balanced with cinnamon hot candy, cola, some rye minty notes, long finish, soft tannins

Nose of peanut Palette: candy corn up front, peanut, soft tannins, caramel and slight rye on the finish. Well balanced, smooth, slight bite.

Spicy dill nose, very creamy palette, mint cookies, dry finish with anise

Batch 10 Sweet caramel nose. Almost marshmallow Palette: sweet and grainy. Corn forward with licorice and slight mint. Nice and dry in the finish, some tart apple, fig and caramel. Long finish Slight hint of cherry.

Very soft cannula and a slight musty scent. Maybe banana? Palette: slightly sweet upfront with a malty vanilla backbone. Very dry, somewhat cola flavor. There is a bite with this proof, but there is something sweet and fruity about it. Water tames the alcohol, but all the flavor remains. Yummy.

Sweet citrus nose. Heavy fruit like fog and raisin. Palette: sweet with peanut and citrus upfront. More fig and caramel, slight almond flavor with honey. Marsala in the finish. Oak tannins to finish
