Tastes

Nose of honey sweetness with an herbal flavor. Not too complex but a bubblegum note mixed in with sweet honey sugar, slight spice that lingers with mint. Medium long finish with more of that herbal profile. Like edible flowers.

Bourbon enthusiast Sweet vanilla nose Sweet to follow, with a good spice. Baking spices and cardamom, some hints of cola. Long spicy finish

Nose of fig and plum, sweet cinnamon Coats the tongue nicely, heavy Sherry presence with more sweet fig and raisin. Subtle baking spices and rye spice in the finish. Finish is medium and dry. Oak makes its presence. The finish is different from others I have had. Interesting

Very smooth, good sweetness, caramel and mint, some cinnamon, medium length finish

Very smooth, heavy vanilla, some herbal flavors with a tea hints. Cardamom and sweet.

Citrus nose, smooth and thick, slight caramel, not very dill like but some anise is there. Licorice, and the medium length finish

Raisin and fig on the nose Smooth with orange and chocolate with a good oily coat. Does not drink the strength. Medium finish length, dry oak

Nose of fruit like apricot and apples. Sweet caramel Very rich. Not too sweet upfront, and not a cinnamon bomb of past releases. Peanut brittle with cherries and chocolate. Some graham cracker jumps out but fades quickly. Coats the tongue nicely and the back pallet shows raisin and fig. Hints of cinnamon and all spice. Nice long finish with more fruit, and a chocolate that stays around for a while. My favorite release from them to date!

Fig and cherry on the nose. Subtle cognac. More cognac and sweet corn, some honey, peanut brittle, long finish.

Strong pretzel nose, and marshmallow Slight banana (like old forester) cherry, longer finish, slight tannins, some char, peanut and vanilla.
