Not for the faint at heart, this gin packs a punch. Spicy floral with black pepper notes. Sweet palate, not juniper forward. Long peppery finish and dry!

Although this is a juniper forward gin the hint of brine makes it stand out as something different to enjoy. Absolutely stunning with a tonic with lots of quinine and a garnish of fresh lime - makes for a very refreshing summer afternoon sipper.

Introduced to this rum after a long wet and cold day of sailing competitively. Would not have known in was overproof. Lovely aromas of brown sugar and spices with a warm and very smooth butterscotch banana bread palate. Part of my rum collection and is a staple I highly recommend!

Old leather library books meets wine gummies on the nose followed by a smooth and very rich palate remnant of rum raisin ice cream. The finish is tannic in nature and not overly long but certainly satisfying.

This is not a typical gin! Complex, flavorful and so smooth it may not even need a tonic. With tonic, the G&T is quite refreshing especially with a slice of pink grapefruit.
