This was made before Caballito Cerrero broke off from the crt and started making destilado de agave using blue and chato agaves. Tastes a lot like Fortaleza still strength. Nose: Cooked Agave, Canteloupe, Grass, Mint, Anise, Citrus, Floral, Green Olives Palate: cooked agave, mint, anise, melon, baking spices , cinnamon Finish: Cooked agave, mint, grass, pineapple, anise, green pepper -
