1792 Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Nose: apples, cinnamon, bananas Taste: Brown sugar, bananas, cherries, hints of chocolate This I would add to my Friday nighters :)

Wonderful on the nose, lots of banana nut bread with a hint of baking spice. Apples and cinnamon on the palate that gives way quickly to a very spicy finish that fades fast as well. Certainly enjoyable, but there are better pours at better price points.

Meh... not much different than small batch except stronger. I’ll give it another go.

I get some cherry and banana on the nose. Very similar on the palate. I get a fruity sweetness. I also get some peanut. A little oak and leather on the finish. Much like 1792 small batch, the bib version seems to improve the further into the bottle I get. I'll be sipping this one some more, you know, for science.
