Reviewed January 19, 2022 (edited March 19, 2022)This is the second Baker's SB I have tried, wasn't thrilled with the first one, but this one is a different story. Nose starts off heavy with apple cinnamon and then opens up to tons of vanilla and butterscotch. The palate has loads of black pepper and wood spice with an overall caramel coating that stays through a long finish. This Barrel was definitely a winner and clocked in at 7 years 7 months old. -

Reviewed January 9, 2022 (edited January 17, 2022)Licorice? Fruit and heavy oak. Second tasting was better but still not sure worth the premium. Each taste has been better than the last. Full mouth feel almost oily, licorice, oak, fruit with a little spice on the end.
