Pretty amazing on the nose. Difficult to describe; sweet corn and cotton candy? Taste is not as impressive. Still the sweet corn/candy flavor, but I get a hint of a chemical flavor. a little water and time sitting out does help. Over time I’ve noticed that it definitely grows on me, or maybe oxidation really helps.
