Balcones True Blue 100 Proof

Pretty good whiskey with its own unique taste profile. Seemed to get better as it oxidized after being open for awhile. This last experience is at the bottle almost empty and quite delicious!

I must admit, I'm a Balcones fan. This True Blue has that classic Balcones flavor. It's great. Rich, charcoal, butter. Easily the best thing to ever come out of Texas.
