This is the first release in the Distillery Collection from Bardstown Bourbon Co. which will feature whiskey experiments ranging from two to nine barrels. The blend of Kentucky straight bourbons used here were aged from 9-18 years. It was then finished in barrels made from 300 year-old French oak from the Bercé Forest in the Loire Valley.
The oak was originally harvested to restore the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris following the fire of 2019. Available in limited quantities exclusively at the BBCo. gift shops in Bardstown and Louisville beginning February 28, 2025. (SRP $99.
