Beefeater London Dry Gin (47%)

Not a huge gin drinker. Mostly use for G&T. This seems to be the quintessential representation of a gin. It definitely made the best G&T I’ve had to date. As an experienced gin drinker, I tried a little “neat” and found it to be consistent with the flavor profile listed on this site. My palate found more herbal notes than fruit or spice however.

My “go-to” standard gin that’s always in the cabinet.
