Beefeater London Dry Gin (47%)

Best bang for your buck gin and always available at your local shop. Solid proof at 47%. Citrus forward with a mild sweetness. It’s my go-to for Martinis and G&Ts. It’s the gin your grandpa drank...and your grandpa knew what he was doing. (update: apparently Beefeater reduced their proof to 44%? Boo. This is always my “go-to” for Martinis and G&Ts. Perhaps I’ll try other now. There was no good reason to dilute the recipe. Shame)
