Blanton's Gold Edition

Its good, however if youve had Blantons this doesnt offer much more. I found it thin for what it was and definitely not worth a chase. MSRP … all day ..but thats it

Cracked this bottle open to try with @Looneyhead. Tried neat. On the nares its sweet and rye like with motes of vanilla, watm cake with caramel topping, toffee, cherries. On the palate its sweet and smooth with notes of vanilla, spearmint, crisp apple, cranberry, wood, cinnamon, roasted nuts. Yum yum yum

Nose: oak, soy sauce, char, vanilla, grain. Sweet on the palate; smooth; vanilla, char, cinnamon, red hots. Red Hots finish. @twostal
