This used to be one of the favorite Gins to drink it has a smooth flavor and very little burn. It was the first gin I had that I could drink in a cocktail. It has a very nice juniper nose and a slight citrus note. Mixed in a gin and tonic it is great and in a gimlet, it is also excellent. It has been supplanted by Roku and Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin for the high end and Plymouth Gin for an everyday drinker. It is not a bad gin and certainly one to have in a bar.
