Bulleit 10 Year Bourbon

Nose of green apple, oak, cinnamon, pear, vanilla, and a little smoke and pepper. Sweet and smooth, with vanilla, caramel, oak, srewed apple, pepper, and cherry. Mild finish dominated by toasted caramel. Generally just weak.
