Bulleit Bourbon

Nose : Fruit cake, Bubblegum, Black pepper and leather. Slight smoke? Taste : Brown sugar, Sponge cake, can't put a word on it Finish : Spicy mint feel, 100% dark chocolate Enjoyable! Reminds me of rye whiskey

Love this! Forgive me, not good with picking out notes but all I know is it's without of a doubt one of my favorite bourbons. Favorite to drink this one in particular is slightly chilled, no water but with cold stones or sticking the bottle in icy water or leaving outside in colder months (or snow)

Fairly smooth for 90 proof and high rye % in mash bill. Took first sip neat, then poured more over ice in OF glass. Sweet peppery nose then a little heat, pepper and cinnamon before rounding out and finishing with decent vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, a little clean linen, and oak.
