Reviewed June 10, 2025The history of this cachaça began in 1979 with Mr. Orlando, father of the owner of the CONFRARIA brand, who bought cachaça in bulk for his warehouses and bars, bottled it in liters, sometimes even flavored it and sold it individually in doses. It was then that in 2017, his son created the company and began to specialize in us, in 2022, he put into practice what he had learned so far and that was how cachaça Confraria Brasil was born. This is a cachaça that the owner outsourced the production of in a still located in the city of Coqueiral, in the southern region of Minas Gerais and which produces cachaça Rozendo. Cachaça Confraria Three Woods is a blend of 3 noble woods for aging cachaças, Amburana, Bálsamo and European oak. Bright golden yellow color, slightly greenish, quite aromatic, with notes of spices such as anise, cinnamon and cloves, sweet notes of vanilla and wood, light menthol. In the mouth it is sweet, slightly spicy, slightly alcoholic, soft and velvety. The aftertaste is medium-long and quite pleasant.
