The family produces quality cachaças, maintaining all the traditionalism of the product, but combining it with modern production practices and quality control. One of the best distilleries in Brazil, Engenho Buriti's products delight the most demanding connoisseurs. Having been on the market for 15 years, the company stands out for producing a complete line of cachaças. Cachaça Engenho Buriti is made to the highest quality and made through selective harvesting of sugar cane, grinding and filtering the cane juice. Fermentation is based on wild yeast typical of the region and uses only sugar cane as a substrate. Distillation takes place in copper stills, being slow and fractional to determine only the heart. It is aged in Jequitibá barrels (Brazilian wood) for 12 months before being blended and prepared for bottling. It has 40% alcohol content. The word "Apruma" is part of the Engenho Buriti Mineirities Collection. It was created to honor the people of Minas Gerais. Cachaça Engenho Buriti Apruma Jequitibá is produced from a surprising blend that combines the neutral Brazilian wood (Jequitibá and another part from stainless steel tanks with the purê Cachaça. Aging for 12 months in Jequitibá barrels brings these soft profile into harmony, with a delicious mix of flavors and sensations. Notes of floral and herbal from Jequitibá barrel, and vegetal and sweetness from sugarcane creating a unique experience. Ideal for tasting in small shots or cocktails. It has 40% alcohol content. Cachaça Engenho Buriti Apruma Jequitibá e Inox 700ml is produced from sugar cane fermented with selected wild yeasts. The complexity of its flavor proves all the quality and rigor in the manual care of its production. After production, part of the blend is rested in Jequitibá barrels for a year and to guarantee its intensely crystalline color, 5 consecutive filtrations are carried out. On the palate it confirms the slightly citrus flavor and finishes with sweet notes of sugar cane and a warming sensation. Versatile. Perfect for combining with fruit in cocktails and of course, the base for the most famous of them, the Caipirinha. It has 40% alcohol content. Straighten up!
